            The apparel venture at Paul J. Hill Business Society (BSS) has been recording low sales volume. There is a need to improve the school revenue through the sale of apparel. Several options such as what the product line should entail, the best strategy that should be used, and the resources required to implement the strategy. There is also a need to analyze the barriers to entry of the apparel business and the nature of the competition. Furthermore, technological advancement is a major consideration in determining the success of the apparel business. Comparison between other apparel business that is doing well in the market is also a key factor to consider. Additionally, the target group should be studied and reasons for buying the apparel well established to come up with the best strategy that may improve the apparel venture. The purchasing habit of the customer needs to be analyzed to determine the quantity of the products to be produced at a given period and season. Finally, the strength of the competitors should be analyzed to adjust where necessary.

Qualitative Analysis

            The BSS apparel venture has its necessary manufacturing facilities. Expenses for importing manufacturing are reduced hence more profit. Again, high manufacturing capacity enabled quality and low-wage inputs therefore more profits were realized. Additionally, the apparel industry is mature. Criteria Generation

            Most of the apparel industry should contract celebrities to effectively market apparel products. This will attract more potential clients hence profitability may be witnessed. Additionally, technological advancement needs to be incorporated in the apparel venture to enhance efficiency hence profitability may be achieved. Again, the motivation of students by fashion and brand collection should be considered to spend more on apparel.

Decision

            Social media campaigns and a well-established website to create awareness of the product could be the best way to increase sales. The apparel venture also has to incorporate celebrities to create awareness for the targeted potential young generation.

Action and Implementation 

A Celebrity group of about 10 people is contracted to carry out an awareness campaign across the entire school department and streets. The campaign is done on the weekends when most students are free from classes. The campaign should be done weekly for two months. The implication of the awareness campaign is to attract more students to the apparel hence high revenue is expected.

Conclusion

            The apparel awareness campaign is successful in achieving the set objective. Profits are realized and more apparel is sold. More people became aware of the apparel and the venture generated good revenue for the school. The celebrities who promoted the product had a good time and some of them have permanent contracts to become apparel advocates. Other major attributes to success are the technological advancement implementation that ensures quality products. The apparel venture managed to outdo other major competitors in the market and became one of the bestselling apparel in town. The social media campaign played a significant role in ensuring the brand was common to everyone who accessed the internet hence the success.
